No experience necessary! BodyBalance is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Instructors will offer modifications for each move so you can go at your own pace.
What should I bring and wear to a BodyBalance class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing allowing free movement, similar to what you’d wear for yoga or Pilates. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel. Mats are usually provided, but feel free to bring your own.
