Both programmes are delivered by FLM Training, who specialise in leisure industry apprenticeships.

Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship
- Support daily operations, help customers and maintain facilities
Leisure Duty Manager Apprenticeship
- Lead teams and manage leisure facility operations

Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship

During your apprenticeship, you’ll:

Support the operational running of the facilities
Maintain equipment and keep areas clean and safe
Support customers with activities and services
Weekly FLM coursework (6 hours per week).
Work as part of a team to run daily operations

Leisure Duty Manager Apprenticeship

During your apprenticeship, you’ll:

Manage day-to-day operations of a leisure facility
Lead teams including lifeguards, receptionists, coaches and fitness staff
Monitor staff performance and support their development
Weekly FLM coursework (6 hours per week)
Make sure staff are motivated and working to high standards
