How We’re Governed:

Our board of directors meets six times a year, including our AGM which is open to all shareholders. They set our strategy and hold the Chief Executive accountable for delivering our mission.  As a community-owned organisation, we’re committed to:

Reinvesting all profits into better facilities and services
Respecting everyone’s rights
Being open and transparent in how we work

Become a Shareholder:

Anyone 16 or over can become a member, whether you work at Oldham Active, use our facilities, or simply care about improving health and wellbeing in Oldham.  Members can:

Attend meetings and receive updates
Vote in board elections
Stand for board positions
Shape OCL’s future direction
