What age can I start using the gym?
Our main gym is for members aged 16 and over. We also offer junior gym memberships and selected programmes for younger members.
Do I need an induction?
Yes, all new gym members need a free induction before using the equipment.
This ensures you know how to use the machines safely and get the most from your workout. Book yours at reception.
