Led by a qualified Run Leader, you can start from walking or gentle jogging and work your way up at your own pace. Training plans, technique tips, and motivation are all included in a supportive, social atmosphere. Suitable for ages 11+.

Do I need to be able to run already?
Not at all! Our club welcomes complete beginners. Many start with walking intervals and build up gradually.
What should I wear to Running Club?

Where does the Running Club meet?

No – this is a friendly, non-competitive group. The focus is on individual progress and enjoyment.
