Ballroom Dance
This class is the ultimate ballroom/Latin dance experience.
Dance to a variety of music styles & rhythms. With a fantastic combo of graceful Ballroom & sassy Latin, from a gentle Rumba, waltz, and Argentine Tango Swing, to an energising Jive, cha cha or Quickstep.
Solo ballroom dance and partner ballroom dance classes are also available.
Suitable for ages 11+.
Locations available: Oldham Leisure Centre, Royton Leisure Centre, Saddleworth Pool and Leisure.

Do I need any dance experience to join?
No – Strictly Dance is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some dance background. The instructor will guide you through each routine step‑by‑step.
What styles of dance are included?
Classes are inspired by popular ballroom and Latin styles such as cha‑cha, jive, salsa and waltz, with simple choreography designed to be fun and easy to follow.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Supportive trainers or dance shoes are ideal.
Do I need a partner?
No – you don’t need to bring a partner to take part. The class focuses on solo routines and group movement, so everyone can join in.
