Mandatory Password Reset for Your Oldham Active App

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your account secure, we are requiring all Oldham Active mobile app users to reset their password.

This is a mandatory action and affects all members who use the Oldham Active app. You will receive a separate email from us with a direct link to securely reset your password.

When setting your new password, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum 8 characters in length
  • At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
  • At least one number (0–9)
  • At least one special character from the following list:
    • !
    • @
    • #
    • $
    • %
    • ^
    • *
    • (
    • )
    • _
    • +
    • =
