Yes, we recommend booking your place in advance to guarantee your spot, as spaces can fill quickly. You can book online via our website, through the Oldham Active app, or at reception.
What should I bring to the class?
All equipment used in the class will be provided for you. Wear comfortable workout clothing and suitable trainers. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if needed.
