
Blast - 15
BLAST is a high-intensity functional fitness class designed to deliver a fast-paced, energising workout using specialist gym equipment, including curved treadmills, Skill Mills, SKI ergs, rowing machines, free weights and functional training stations.
Sessions last 15 and focus on improving strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed in a motivating group environment.
Dedicated BLAST areas are available at selected Oldham Active centres with sessions running throughout the day. The class is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, allowing participants to work at their own pace while being guided by qualified instructors.
Suitable for ages 13+.
