
Trigger Point - Pilates
A fusion of Pilates moves and self-myofascial release techniques, using props, to help release muscle tension and improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance functional movements.
Suitable for ages 16+.

What are trigger points?
Trigger points are tight, sensitive areas within muscles, sometimes described as “knots”, which can cause discomfort, stiffness and restricted movement.
Who are the classes suitable for?
The classes are suitable for a wide range of people, including beginners, office workers, active individuals and those experiencing muscle tightness or postural issues. Exercises can usually be adapted to different abilities.
What equipment is used?
Classes may use:
- Foam rollers
- Massage balls
- Soft Pilates balls
- Mats
These tools help apply gentle pressure to tight muscles and fascia.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, advance booking is recommended as places may be limited.
