Transparency & Reports
Every great community needs places where people come together, where health is nurtured, and where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
About our Reports
The 2024-2025 financial year has demonstrated both the resilience of our operating model and the continued demand for accessible leisure provision across the borough.
Despite ongoing economic pressures affecting both our organisation and the communities we serve, our community trust model continues to deliver tangible social value. As a not-for-profit organisation, we’ve been able to keep membership prices affordable while investing in facility quality and expanding our health and wellbeing programmes.
We’ve strengthened partnerships with Oldham Council, NHS services, and community organisations to ensure leisure provision aligns with wider health inequalities reduction strategies.
The year ahead presents both opportunities and challenges. This report sets out our performance, our financial position, and our strategic priorities as we work towards our vision of inspiring people to live active, healthy lives.
Progress Through the Years
Our annual reports tell the story of how we’ve continued to bring our vision of inspiring people to live active, healthy lives to life each year.
