Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking your place in advance to secure your spot, as spaces can be limited. You can book online via our website, through the Oldham Active app, or at reception.
What should I bring to the class?
Please wear comfortable workout clothing and suitable trainers. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if you’d like. Mats and equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
