Using a combination of weights, cardio, and bodyweight exercises, this high-energy class is designed to raise your heart rate, boost endurance, and burn fat.

What should I bring to a Circuit class?
Just bring a water bottle, towel, and wear suitable activewear. All equipment will be provided.
