BOO! Looking to get frighteningly fit this October? Our Train and Treat Bingo is the ultimate Halloween bingo challenge: take on 15 spine-chilling activities to win a selection of perilous prizes for staying active this spooky season.

How to play Halloween bingo

To join in this spooktacular opportunity to work out, simply grab a bingo card from reception. When you complete one of the 15 chilling activities, creep over to reception to get a stamp added to your bingo card.

The more you add, the closer you get to earning each prize.

Each level has 5 activities. You must complete all activities in Level 1 before moving on to Level 2, and all activities in Level 2 before starting Level 3.

For example, you can’t add a stamp to a Level 2 activity until you’ve finished all 5 activities in Level 1… Dead simple, isn’t it!

Bingo prize collection

Bingo Cards

All Bingo cards must be handed in to reception by November 4th and include the following information.

Member Name
Member ID
Email Address (needs to be valid; we will use this email address to contact any winners of the level 3 prize draw).

Simply hand in your completed card at reception on this date to claim all the prizes you’ve earned.

Prizes listed for completing levels 1 and 2 can be collected from 7th – 18th November
Winners of the prize draw for level 3 will be announced the week of 7th November

Bingo Terms & Conditions

1 Bingo card entry per member
“Bring-a-Friend” activity: Guests must sign in and agree to T&Cs.
Members must agree to appear in marketing material if they win the draw.
Level 1 & 2 prizes are subject to stock availability and distribution timings from our suppliers (stock could arrive later than advertised for collection)
Winners and instructions to collect prizes will be sent to the email address listed on the bingo entry once the competition has closed.

Who can take part and when does it run?

Oldham Active members, from 1st to 31st October.

Where do I get a card?

Ask at reception at any venue. There’s one card per person.

Can I pick up a second card if I lose mine.

Yes.

But you will have to start all the challenges again on your new card.

Do I have to do the levels in order?

Yes. Finish all 5 activities in a level before starting the next.

How do I get a stamp?

Show reception proof after each activity, for example, your class booking in the app, your social post, or your badge.

Staff check it, then stamp your bingo card.

What's the Wildcard?

Each week in October, we announce a special #TrainAndTreat class on Facebook (4 in total).

Attend one, present your bingo card to reception, and you get a stamp on your Wildcard.

It replaces any one of the 15 challenges, and you can use a Wildcard stamp only once.

How does Refer a Friend work?

Your guest must sign in and agree to the terms and conditions before you get your stamp.

Can I claim prizes early if I finish before the end of October?

No. Everyone collects in the same window.

Can I win more than one prize?

One prize per level, so you can earn a prize at each of the 3 levels.

What if the prize I want isn't in stock?

Level 1 and 2 prizes depend on supplier deliveries, so stock may arrive later than advertised.

If it is not available, you can choose another prize, provided we have stock.

When and how do I collect?

Hand your completed card in at reception between 31st October and 4th November, with your member details filled in.

Our team will check your card, then email you when your prize is ready to be collected from your home site.

How will I know if I've won the draw?

We’ll email the address on your bingo card, so make sure it’s valid.
